Psychological Testing Technician
As a Psychological Testing Technician at Ability Psychological Services, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to enhance the well-being of individuals through accurate and thorough psychological assessments. You will work closely with licensed psychologists and other members of the multidisciplinary team to administer, score, and interpret a variety of psychological tests. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in psychology, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test Administration: Administer a variety of psychological tests according to established protocols and guidelines.
- Scoring and Recording: Accurately score and record test results, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
- Data Entry: Enter test data into electronic databases and maintain organized and up-to-date client records.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with licensed psychologists and other team members to ensure seamless coordination in the assessment process.
- Client Interaction: Interact with clients in a professional and empathetic manner, providing support and guidance throughout the testing process.
- Report Generation: Assist in the preparation of comprehensive assessment reports summarizing test results and providing relevant recommendations.

Qualifications:
