As a Psychological Associate, you can apply your theoretical knowledge, conduct assessments, and provide necessary recommendations for interventions and resources. This position is well-suited for clinicians seeking to broaden their experiences related to accurate DSM-5-TR diagnoses, the use of a variety of psychological assessment tools, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Our agency offers training opportunities to develop your clinical skills further and enhance your professional competence within the area of psychological assessment, neurodevelopmental diagnosis (specifically Autism), as well as competence with a variety of psychiatric disorders. As a staff psychologist,, you will work closely with our team of experienced clinicians, receive supervision and mentoring, and engage in specialized training activities. This program is designed to provide you with the support and resources necessary to transition into independent practice successfully.

1. Test Administration: Administer a variety of psychological tests according to established protocols and guidelines.
2. Scoring and Recording: Accurately score and record test results, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
3. Data Entry: Enter test data into electronic databases and maintain organized and up-to-date client records.
4. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with licensed psychologists and other team members to ensure seamless coordination in the assessment process.
5. Client Interaction: Interact with clients in a professional and empathetic manner, providing support and guidance throughout the testing process.
6. Report Generation: Assist in the preparation of comprehensive assessment reports summarizing test results and providing relevant recommendations.
7. Quality Assurance: Implement and adhere to quality assurance measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.
8. Professional Development: Stay informed about the latest developments in psychological testing and assessment practices through ongoing training and professional development.

1. Bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
2. Current enrollment in doctoral level psychology program.
3. Previous experience in administering psychological tests and assessments.
4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.
7. Proficiency in relevant computer software for data entry and report generation.
